Check-in will not be at the property directly, but at the Ardross Glencairn Guesthouse, which is approximately 300 yards away. An email will be sent from the property at time of booking with instructions regarding check in. All payments for your stay will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. This is usually debited the evening before arrival. If you wish to pay with a different card, please contact the property at least 2 days before arrival to ensure they have the correct card details for payment. However, if you wish to pay with cash, this is not a problem and can be done so on check-in. The property require 2 days notice before the date of check-in to ensure your card is not charged. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. All payments for your stay will be taken from the card used at the time of booking.
