After you have been charged with the total sum of the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and your personal reservation code for accessing the resort and your apartment by e-mail from the resort's booking office. You will receive your keys for the apartment and the common area from the key box at the resort. It is absolutely necessary to have your personal check-in code. There is no local reception. The apartments can be entered from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are asked to vacate your apartment and underground parking space by 10:00. Please announce late arrivals (after 19:00) until 16:00 at the resort's booking office. The property's booking office can be reached by phone between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. You will receive this phone number by e-mail. Special services (additional people, pets, baby cot) must be booked during the reservation process. If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age.
