Hotel does not have a bathroom. Customers must use the chargeable public baths a 2-minute walk away, or go to one of the public hot-spring baths at Kawayu Onsen town, a 5-minute drive away. The public bathhouse can be entered between 14:00 and 20:00. Cost for the bathhouse entrance is included in the room rate. Free pick-up service is provided from JR Kawayu Onsen Station between 16:00 and 18:00. Guests who wish to use the free service must make an advance request. Please contact the hotel directly for more information on the shuttle service. Additional charges will apply for pick ups outside those hours. The entire property is non-smoking and self-service. Guests must set and put away their own futon bedding. Guests are required to indicate the following on the Special Requests box at the time of booking: - estimated time of arrival - mode of transportation - gender and age of each guest staying in the room Please note that there are no restaurants or shops near the hotel.
