To use the property's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your booking. Payment instructions will be sent by the property at the time of booking. If payment is not made by the instructed date, your booking will be cancelled. Keys to the chalets must be picked up at the apartments, approximately 800 metres away.
