The complex does not have 24 hour reception and can be difficult to find. Guests are advised to telephone the property when they reach the town of Catí. A member of staff will then meet guests and accompany them to the complex. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 3 EUR per pet, per night applies for pets up to 10 Kg.
