As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record at check-in the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) in form of a valid identity card, driving license or travel document. In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodation, however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty and the guest cannot request any compensation. Please note that the credit card used for the prepayment must be presented at check-in at the hotel.
