Please note that the check-in and key collection takes place at c/o Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo, Barbaria de le Tole 6402, 30122 Venezia (700 metres from the accommodation). Check-in should always be arranged at least 72 hours in advance using the Special Request box. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 15 from 19:00 until 20:00 - EUR 30 from 20:00 until 21:00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is at 21:00. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link or a QR code to a secured payment platform. Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 01 September. All guests have to be present at the check-in.
