The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancellation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover. The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation. The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all non-refundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance. The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00.
