Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time using the Special Requests Box when booking or contact the property directly. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The hotel does not have a 24 hour reception desk. Reception is unmanned after 23:00pm. If you are expecting to arrive after 23:00pm, you need to call the hotel prior to 20:00pm to arrange for a late arrival. Please note there is no lift in the hotel and all rooms are accessed by stairs. Should you have specific access requirements you MUST contact the hotel direct before booking. The hotel closes on the 1st January & re-opens after the first week of February.
