The published rate includes: bed-linen, with the exception of bath towels, and a reasonable use of electricity and water. The houses are cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Bed-linen is changed once a week. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cots are available on request and subject to availability. One child under 2 years old may stay for free in a cot. Older children will be charged a supplement of EUR 3. Maximum 1 cot per room. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the final bill and must be paid separately during the stay. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
