The Bernadette suite is wheelchair friendly and on ground level, it is not fully disabled friendly but we are working towards this. Due to the nature of the building, we ask those with limited ability or who struggle to climb stairs to contact us so we can ensure we allocate you to a room that is suited to your needs. As per the property's policy, we will charge all bookings 48 hrs prior to your check in, using the card details we have been provided (unless payment was during the booking process.). We have the right to cancel any booking if we are unable to recover funds for your booking during this 48hr window.
