Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad visą viešnagės kainą turėsite sumokėti iki atvykimo. White Flats atsiųs užsakymo patvirtinimą su nurodytais mokėjimo duomenimis. Atlikę mokėjimą el. paštu gausite visus reikalingus apgyvendinimo įstaigos duomenis: adresą ir paaiškinimus, kur pasiimti raktus. Dėl koronaviruso (COVID-19) šioje apgyvendinimo įstaigoje šiuo metu taikomos papildomos saugos ir sanitarinės priemonės. Atvykus reikės sumokėti EUR 200 dydžio žalos užstatą. Užstato sumą reikia sumokėti kortele. Užstatą atgausite per 7 dienas nuo išsiregistravimo. Visas sumokėtas užstatas bus grąžintas į mokėjimo kortelę apžiūrėjus apgyvendinimo įstaigą. - In the case of the APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, the damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 300. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. - Check-in after 20:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50. - It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit. - Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time. - Please inform The White Flats Sant Antoni in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building. - For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor. - The apartments only feature AC in the living room.
