The property requires a 50% prepayment via PayPal or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property with additional details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 7 days of making the reservation and at least 2 weeks before arrival date. Please note that guests are offered with free 40 units of electricity consumption per day. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 9 per one electrical unit (kw). The property does not allow parties, subletting or any other commercial use of the villa. Only registered guests will be allowed to stay overnight in the villa.
