In the event that a strip of oil or cream residue forms at the edge of the pool, there will be a charge of EUR 80.00 to cover the cost of cleaning. >Gates Ensure the gates are fully closed before leaving the property and they are kept closed at all times. >Air conditioners The rooms are equiped with air conditioners and also with ceiling fans. All the doors and windows of the rooms must be closed, also the doors to the passage when the air conditioners are on. Do not leave the air conditioners on when you are not at home! We reserve the right to enter the property to turn off any appliances if the guests are not in. Smoking is only allowed outside the property. >Trash Throw the contents in the bin regularly as it will attract unwanted bugs this hot time of year. On the way to Denia you will find municipal containers. You can separate glass, paper/cardboard and plastic.
